Managing Global Hierarchies

If you are the master user of www.globalscorecard.net for your company, this will interest you!

We have implemented a new user structure which allows you to establish one global master user for your company and two levels of subsidiary user below that.

• You can use this facility to set up global, regional and local users.

• The lowest level of user (local) can only see his/her own data.

• The middle level user (regional) can see his/her own data plus all the data belonging to his/her subsidiary users

• The master user (global) can see his/her own data plus all the data belonging to all Tier 1 and Tier 2 subsidiary users

The master user has the following capabilities:

• Set up new Tier 1 and Tier 2 subsidiary users

• Move users around in the hierarchy (eg. switch a Tier 2 user from one Tier 1 user to another, or raise an existing Tier 2 user to Tier 1 level)

• Switch scorecards and KPI records between users
